The COSS PRO is a continuous feedback app that enables employees to measure and certify their soft skills.

The app enables you to ask your professional network on your soft skills by guaranteeing the confidentiality of your scores and your answers. Thanks to questions written by worldwide experts (HEC, London Business School,...), you can easily visualize your scores, your progress, your strengths and weaknesses, as well as your individual development plan.

Once the answers and the panel of respondents have been validated by our algorithm, you can publish your level badges on LinkedIn or in HR tools in order to develop your employability and showcase your talents!

In less than one minute, the users select the skills they want to get feedback on, self-assess, send their requests via our app or by email, WhatsApp, or SMS and collect the answers in real time.
